Al-Soft is made up of a drug called Ammonium Lactate which is a moisturizer. The drug is a mixture of ammonium hydroxide and lactic acid. This medication has a mild anti-bacterial property.  It is used to treat dry, scaly skin conditions and helps in providing relief from itching caused by these issues. It provides moisture to the skin.

Usage

Shake the bottle properly. Clean your hands. Take the cream and rub it on infected skin thoroughly. The cream is generally used twice a day.
